 Our Commitment to Quality

 We're committed to providing the highest quality product possible to our  customers. This includes the use of real butter in our pastry creations. While  some bakeries use margarine or even lard in their production, we feel that the  use of 100% butter, traditionally hand folded into our pastry dough is essential  to making the tastiest, flakiest pastry we can. Furthermore, European  chocolates, real eggs, fresh whole milk, and live yeast make our products part  of a completely top quality, premium line of baked goods.
